Due to heavy product penetration and market congestion, only the companies which operate with minimal margins and optimally use all available resources will manage to survive. It thus becomes imperative to have maximum utilization of HR assets. HR potential in business is generally known as the least utilized option. According to statistics, HR potential is used only up to 60%. If each organization manages to increase performance of human resources by 10% only, it would achieve remarkable reduction in costs and increase in profit (while maintaining operation costs). How to achieve this?
